Come and enjoy the wonderful Florida sunshine from the extended pool deck of our beautiful Golfer’s Paradise villa. Enjoy a swim in the sunny pool, or just relax on a sunlounger and admire the view down the fairway. We have supplied 3 mountain bikes, a table tennis table, foosball table and airhockey for those who feel more active! We have also supplied a high chair, a travel cot, a stroller and a Playstation 2 and games for our younger guests. Our phone has free local, national and international calls (excluding calls to mobile / cell phones). There is a BBQ. Our villa is fully air conditioned, sleeps up to 10, and is tastefully decorated and well appointed. There are vaulted ceilings which give a light and airy feel to the house.There is a lounge, a dining area and a breakfast nook. The kitchen is fully equipped and we have a laundry room. The master bedroom has a super king size bed, cable TV, dressing table, walk in wardrobe and patio doors to the pool area. It has an ensuite shower room with extra large shower and a door to the pool area so it can be used for changing and showering after swimming. There is a queen sized bedroom, and 2 with twin beds (one themed as a Winnie the Pooh bedroom), and the family bathroom. Our 26ft sunny private swimming pool (with optional heating) is reached by patio doors from either the lounge or master bedroom. It is screened to keep the insects out but allows the sun in. There is an extended pool deck with poolside furniture (with padded cushions) for relaxing, and pool and patio lights for evening swimming. There is a lanai area under cover if you prefer the shade. There are great views of the fairway and no one to overlook you from behind. Guests have complimentary use of all Southern Dunes leisure facilities including communal pools, tennis courts, clubhouse and bar.(A green fee is payable for golf)
