Our beautiful, spacious Fairway Retreat villa is situated on the prestigious gated Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club with its championship golf course rated 4.5 stars by Golf Digest and 7th best in Florida. It is a large (2011 sq ft) 2 storey house which is luxuriously furnished with upgraded furniture for that special vacation.The pool and spa have great views over the 9th fairway. There are no villas behind to watch you enjoying the wonderful Florida sunshine!
We have upgraded many items of furniture for 2007. There is a new computer with internet access for our guests to use, together with a Playstation 2 and selection of games, 2 mountain bikes, table tennis table, foosball table, air hockey, tennis racquets, BBQ, DVD and video. There is cable TV in each bedroom. There are free worldwide phone calls (excluding calls to mobile / cell phones). We have supplied a travel cot, high chair, stroller and stair gates for our younger guests. Our private spa and swimming pool (with optional heating) are reached by patio doors from either the lounge or master bedroom. They are screened to keep the insects out but allow the sun in. There are sun loungers and a table and chairs for eating outside. The pool and spa (with feature fountain) are illuminated and there are patio lights for relaxing outside in the evening. Our villa is fully air conditioned, sleeps up to 10, and is tastefully decorated and well appointed. There are vaulted ceilings which give a light and airy feel. Downstairs there is the particularly large master suite with super king size bed and patio doors to the pool, two lounge areas, a dining area with beautiful new table, a breakfast nook, a fully equipped kitchen, the laundry room and a toilet with washbasin. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins), the family bathroom and the computer. If you are looking for that special villa, look no further than the luxury of 'Fairway Retreat'. |
