Larger than average villa furnished & decorated to a very high standard. We deliberately omitted sleep sofas/rollaway beds, we want you to enjoy the villas it was built.
Location is everything and we think the location of our luxury detached extremely spacious 4 bed-roomed villa is just about perfect! situated on a quiet development Buenaventura Lakes, which as the name suggests is an area of Kissimmee, surrounded by lakes, & conservation areas, 11 miles from airport, great especially after a long haul flight, all the Disney Parks and Central Florida attractions such as Universal Studios, Wet & Wild etc are all within 15-20 minutes drive, fortunately for people who get lost and have no sense of direction (like me!) just a couple of turnings from the Osceola Parkway - taking you straight to Disney’s front door.
Local shops, bank, supermarket/grocery store, fast food outlets are just 3 min a
5 mins. drive is THE LOOP Floridas newest shopper experience !! boasting several restaurants for varying tastes, including an authentic 50's style burger bar, loads of shops plus 16screen cinema complex, Olive Garden, Perkins opposite.
the 417 Greenway, Florida Turnpike, Orange Blossom Trail and 192 are all close by.The villa is licensed by the State of Florida. everything is provided, bed linens, towels, pool towels, hair driers, ceiling fans with overhead lighting in all bedrooms plus 2 lounges, Huge carpeted lanai with loungers, hot tub, table & chairs for al fresco dining. 4 poster bed in master suite, flat screen TV's - everything you could want is here - games room with foosball, airhockey - but still room to park car.Inspected and licensed by State of Florida. smaller numbers of guests which are always welcomed.
