Situated in the prestigious sub-division of Lindfields our beautiful home is set in a pretty garden and fully fenced for complete privacy. The pool is large (15 x 30) and we have installed comfortable loungers, chairs, side tables, a large table and a BBQ. There is a covered lanai for those days where you need a little protection from the sun. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large kitchen which is fully equipped, washer/dryer and all other necessary equipment to provide you with a home from home. The lounge has comfortable sofas, a large chair, lamps, side tables, coffee table, cable TV with DVD player. There is also a TV with Video and DVD player in the master bedroom along with a comfy chair to provide a quiet space and both the other bedrooms have TV/DVD.
There are several golf courses in the area and there is a short-cut to Disney which saves driving along the busy highway 192.
Several restaurants and supermarkets are close, Wal-mart, Publix, The Outback, Carrabas, etc. etc. The outlet malls are only a short drive away and if you want a day at the beach then the Gulf Coast is about an hour and a half's drive away and the Atlantic and Cape Canaveral is only an hour away.
We take great pride in our home and as we spend a lot of time there ourselves we have added various comforts for our own use which our guests have the use of too.
All telephone calls, local, national and international are free of charge for our guests, no huge credit card bills when you get home, at least for telephone calls. |
