Situated in Manors North at Westridge, a prestigious gated community on the US27, Clarinda is ideally situated for visits to all of Orlando's theme parks, Space Center, Atlantic coast beaches (Daytona) and Gulf coast beaches (Clearwater). Just 4 miles from jnct 55 of the I4, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, supermarkets practically next door, and golf courses within a short drive. Clarinda has just about everything required from a vacation home - a secluded pool area with lots of space to enjoy the Florida sun from early morning to early evening and beyond - we love the way the pool is the focal point, no matter whether you are in the kitchen, master bedroom, family room or lounge, our pool area is right there to enjoy or watch others splash about while you relax on the sunbeds or at the patio. The accommodation is excellent, featuring a large master bedroom with king-size bed to laze in and watch the kids playing at the pool, with patio doors to the pool, ceiling fan, TV, telephone and radio alarm - an en-suite with large walk-in shower, twin vanity units and an oval tub - elegant dining room for those special meals - lounge featuring high vaulted ceiling, wall-to-wall carpets and patio doors to the lanai - family room with high vaulted ceiling and a fan, cable TV, VCR and DVD and music center, again with patio doors to the pool deck - fully fitted kitchen with fridge, large deep freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooker, toaster, blender, percolator, and automatic washer and dryer in the utility room -- all linens supplied - including pool towels - hairdryers in each bathroom - and cot and high chair available if required. |
