The homes come fully furnished and equiped for all your living needs.
We, the owners, live nearby to be of any assistance, and to maintain our lovely homes.
We offer no gimmicks. Just a straight rate. A great price for a great home for a great stay!
Our 3 bedroom home with pool is $110 per night plus the mandatory 13% tax and $65 clean fee. Pool is available from Oct. to March at an additional $25 per day.
Our 4 bedroom home with pool is $120 per night plus the mandatory tax of 13% and $70 clean fee. Again, pool heat is available but additional at $25 per day.
That's it! Like I said no gimmicks.
To book, we require $250 to hold your dates, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
We also require a separate $250 check for a refundable damage deposit, which will be returned upon departure inspection.
If booking is withing the 30 days arrival, full payment must be made. |
