This detached villa is located at Esprit and is set in a peaceful and quiet location with a pleasant walk past the golf course and 400 acre lake with fishing jetty. On site facilities include tennis,basketball, community pool, 9 hole golf course and fishing/boating lake and Disney with all its attractions is just 10 minutes away. bars and restaurants are located just 8 minutes away and Orlando airport is approx 30 minutes away and sanford airport is approx 90 minutes away. Our villa is air-conditioned and the accommodation consists of a master bedroom with queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom leading to the pool, double bedroom, twin bedroom and a family bathroom, lounge/dining room with double sofa bed. There is also cable TV, VCR, and HI-FI, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher,fridge/freezer and microwave etc, and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
A covered patio area leads out to the southfacing extended deck with sun loungers and the private, screened heated pool. All linen, towel, safe, bbq are all provided for your convienience
