Ours is a 4-bedroom 3-bathroom villa, which is air-conditioned throughout with a large lounge and spacious kitchen dining room. There is a private screened pool with spa/Jacuzzi, which can be illuminated in the evening for a relaxing \*dip\* after a hard day at the parks. All bedrooms have cable tv. We have a large open planned kitchen which is fully equipped to cater for the needs of up to eight people including all the personal items that you would have at home ie toaster, coffee maker, microwave, as well as a fridge freezer (with ice maker) and dishwasher. In the utility room there is a large washing machine and tumble dryer along with an iron and ironing board.
There are two master bedrooms one with a kingsize bed and the other with a queensize bed, both en-suite. There are two further twin bedded rooms which are suitable for either children or adults. These bedrooms share the third bathroom, which consists of a bath with shower, toilet and single hand basin.
We have increased the pool deck to the full width of the villa to allow extra room for children to play and for adults to sunbath. There is a large 16\'8\* x 8\'4\* covered lanai, which allows for children to play in a shaded area and there are a selection of inflatables to use in the pool.
The villa is conveniently placed on the US27 with ten minute easy access to Disney with all the other attractions that Florida has to offer a short distance away |
