Our Villa is situated in a quiet position on a Championship Golf Course.
It has a Large Kidney Shaped Pool and spacious sundeck, it has a secluded outlook and is bathed in sunshine throughout the day.
Master Bedroom has a large Kingsize Bed, remote control TV, Telephone, En - suite Bathroom with a large family size tub with jacuzzi, large seperate shower and two vanity units.
Of the other two bedrooms, one is fitted with a queen size bed plus TV and the other has twin beds - both are served by a second bathroom, all the bedrooms have ceiling fans
The large family room is well equipped with sofas and main TV/DVD. It also includes a Breakfast Nook.
Master Bedroom, Family Room, Living Room and Nook all have patio doors opening onto the pool area, which is extensively equipped with outdoor furniture for Sunbathing and Alfresco Dining.
The Large Open Kitchen is fully equipped with a Cooker, Oversized Fridge - Freezer with Ice Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Waste Dispoal, Toaster, Coffee Maker and a Telephone. A seperate Utility Room houses a Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer and Sink.
