Our beautiful air-conditioned villa is situated in the Indian Point development which is situated 3 mins behind Walmart and Medieval Times on the 192. It is fully furnished to a high standard for occupancy up to 6 persons plus a baby and set in absolutely perfect surroundings. When you stay in our home you are only 3 minutes away from shops and restaurants with a 24 hour Walmart and only a 12 minute drive to Disney and other major attractions.
Sunny lounge/diner with a view to the swimming pool containing a cable TV and a stereo CD player, PS2, books, board games and a ceiling fan, bright and comfortable sofas with a dining table for up to 6 persons dining in comfort.
Master bedroom overlooking the pool with queensize bed, ceiling fan, Cable TV, radio alarm clock and en-suite bathroom with walk in closet, shower, toilet, hand basin.
Bedroom two with a double bed, cable TV, walk in closet and a ceiling fan, window overlooking the swimming pool. Extra linen and towels.
Bedroom three with two twin beds, walk in closet and a ceiling fan, extra linen and towels.
Second Bathroom with Bath/shower, hand basin, toilet, extra hairdryer and towels.
Outside there is a patio area which leads to a beautiful and peaceful south facing swimming pool (24 x 12) which can be illuminated at night with under water lighting and can be heated with a very efficient gas system for all year round pleasure if required. The mesh screen that surrounds the pool area allows you to enjoy the Florida sunshine and the comfort of the loungers without being attacked by the bugs! Our garden is also fully enclosed with a fence for your privacy with a lockable sidegate.
