Our luxury villa stands on over 1/4acre of landscaped gardens that has tropical plants and flowers. We have orange, lemon and grapefruit trees and mature oaks. Located just off the US 192, 7miles from Disney and central to all attractions, shops and restaurants.
The rear garden is not overlooked, privacy is achieved through 6ft fencing, hedge and plants. There are orange groves to the rear of the property. The pool area has a large covered lanai which is ideal for outdoor dining. We have a private extended 'P' shaped pool and a very large pool deck which is not overlooked. The pool is 15ft x 30ft and extends to 50ft for a lap swim. The Deck is fully equipped with pool side furniture and there is an outside shower.
Our beautifully furnished villa has 4 double bedrooms. All rooms have ceiling fans and most overlook the pool area but the others look onto garden. The very large master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with tub, double washbasins, large walk-in shower and separate WC. There is another bathroom with WC and walk-in shower that can be accessed from the pool deck. The beautifully furnished Family room has an entertainment cabinet with cable TV, Video, DVD player, CD music centre. A selection of videos, book library and childrens games are available. We have table tennis available in the garage.We have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, large fridge freezer with water and ice dispencer, Large cooker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster etc.etc. There is a separate laundry with washer and drier. The breakfast bar and nook is for more informal meals. We have a separate formal lounge and a formal dining area with pendant lighting. The display cabinet has a dinner service and cut glassware. The villa has a house alarm, safe, security lighting and smoke alarms. Local phone calls are free. All bed linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided. |
