PALM VILLA is a privately owned executive villa, located on a quiet development where the older properties are residential, but the newer villas are available for rental, decorated and furnished to the highest standard, fully air conditioned and superbly equipped.
The villa, which is only 15 minutes from Disney World and even closer to the vast choice of shops, restaurants, diners, golf courses, fishing lakes and many of the other attractions, sleeps 8 in three bedrooms.
Master bedroom has king size bed and en suite has king size shower. Second bedroom is a double, overlooking the private pool whilst third bedroom has a double bed, single bed and bunk bed, all good size. There is also a family bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers.
All bedding and towels are provided and the villa is thoroughly cleaned before and after each rental.
There is a large living area with ceiling fan, cable TV, stereo FM,tape,CDplayer and comfortable seating. Patio doors open onto the pool deck and pool. All doors and windows opening onto the pool deck and pool can be alarmed to guard against children gaining unsupervised access.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, automatic ice maker, filter coffee machine, toaster, double sink unit with waste disposal and all cooking utensils, crockery, culery, glasses, etc. are provided.
There is a utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The private pool and pool deck looks out over a large expanse of grass, bushes, trees and water creating a wonderfully peacefull vista as the sun sets behind the trees each evening.
The pool deck is fully furnished with chairs, tables and sun loungers, and there is also a lanai to give shade if required when the sun is at its height.
