The 30' pool and jacuzzi with screen, overlook a wooded conservation area. The villa is furnished to the highest standard and provides first class accomodation for the larger party. Children will adore the 3 themed rooms. For little girls the princess room, for little boys the space room and for older children the American games room. Throughout the villa are 5 tv's including a 51* screen in the family room. There are also stereo music systems, dvd's, vcr's and play stations. The spacious kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with all appliances including dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge freezer with sep. ice maker, oven and microwave. There is a large formal dining area. Full laundry facilities are provided with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. The master bedroom with kingsize bed, walk-in closet and has patio doors to the pool area. The ensuite has his/her wash basins extra large bath tub and dble shower.
