I would like to introduce our BRAND NEW beautiful luxury Floridian Villa. Our single storey villa has four bedrooms (2 masters) 3 bathrooms, is furnished to a high standard and will sleep 8 people plus infant comfortably. It is open plan, carpeted and fully air-conditioned. It comprises of:
Master Bedroom One and Two both have king size beds, bedside cabinets with lamp, dresser with overhead mirror, fitted wardrobe and cable TV, they both lead to the En-Suite.
Bedroom Three is a twin bedded room, bedside cabinet with lamp, fitted wardrobe and a desk this leads to the family bathroom.
Bedroom Four is also a twin bedded room with a chest of drawers and a fitted wardrobe this room also adjoins the family bathroom.
Lounge Area is open plan and looks onto the beautiful pool deck, there is two blue leather sofa’s, with matching chair, two glass topped side tables with lamps and a coffee table. The cable TV and DVD are in a cabinet.
Kitchen Area which is FULLY equipped with all mod cons there is also has a breakfast bar, the laundry is also situated in this area.
Dining Area this is within the kitchen area, it has a glass topped table with matching chairs.
Pool Deck is beautifully blocked paved. The actual pool size is 14ft x 26ft and also has a spa/Jacuzzi. The pool furniture is luxurious with sun lounges, table and chairs. |
