Garbarchi villa is situated in the Hampton Lakes Community of Davenport. Hampton Lakes is a prestigious community, which is mainly vacation homes, where guests can take advantage of the children’s play area, tennis and basketball court, beach volleyball area and it’s own community swimming pool all of which are maintained to a high standard. Hampton Lakes is situated on highway 27 just south off the 192 and therefore is in an ideal position for easy access to all the attractions and golf.
I would like to introduce our beautiful Floridian Villa, which was completed in December 2002. The single storey villa has three bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a private pool. Garbarchi villa is mainly open plan, carpeted, fully air-conditioned and maintained to a high standard. It comprises of:
Master Bedroom has a king size bed, walk in wardrobe, dresser with overhead mirror, bedside drawers, cable TV, this leads into the en-suite which has a separate bath and shower, toilet, double vanity unit with overhead lighting and shaving point.
Bedroom two has a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers with overhead mirror, bedside cabinet.
Bedroom three is a twin bedded room, with a double built in wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, single vanity unit with overhead lighting and mirror with shaving point.
Lounge/dining area, lounge has cable TV and video, two sofas with side tables and a coffee table. The dining area seats six people comfortably
Family room, this room overlooks the pool, it has cable TV, two sofas with side tables and a coffee table.
Kitchen has all mod cons and is FULLY equipped and also has a breakfast and utility area
