Situated on the lovely sub division of Sunridge Woods with conservation areas and small lakes, to the west of Kissimmee. Not far from all the action of the theme parks, (Disneyworld being 15 mins.) but also lovely to get away from it all! Take a day trip to the beach. Tampa is about 1 hours drive. Or why not go and visit the Kennedy Space Centre on the Atlantic coast.
The villa has a master bedroom with en suite bathroom which leads to the pool area. The large pool is in the shape of Mickey`s head. The pool is solar heated all year (free of charge) but, we have electric pool heating if required during the winter months (from Nov. to Mar.). You can either sit under the lanai in the shade or there are lots of sunny areas. Second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. There are two living rooms, one of which has patio doors which lead to the pool and the other living room has a bed settee. Fully equipped kitchen/breakfast area and dining room. Separate laundry room.
