Villa Lycia is a detached four-bedroomed property situated within a small hillside development of just three villas. It offers stunning views over Kalkan and is set over three floors (the top floor is dedicated to one large bedroom suite with its own en-suite shower room, large roof terrace with table & chairs and two sunbeds). Villa Lycia is larger than average as each floor is approximately 70 square metres. Inlaid travertine marble flooring has been laid throughout and the villa has been stylishly furnished with hand-crafted wrought iron furniture. The villa is fully airconditioned and will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests The bedroom configuration is as follows: 1 Double Bedroom on Ground Floor (shower room adjacent - door to pool terrace), 1 Twin Bedroom and 1 Double Bedroom on First Floor (each with en-suite shower room and doors to large balcony / veranda), 1 Double Bedroom on Second Floor (with en-suite shower room and door to roof terrace). Please note that the 9th and 10th guests if applicable will be accommodated on two additional single beds in the twin bedroom or on the two single-sized sofa / day beds in the living area. The walk into town will take around 15 minutes (downhill). Feedback from previous guests has been very positive - here are one party's comments:
*We had a fantastic time in Villa Lycia. In fact, for some of us, this has been our 6th visit to Turkey and this holiday was by far the best! Kalkan is a beautiful village and the people are great – very, very friendly. We ate out every night and each time the meals were superb. A boat trip is also a must, especially when you can rent your own private boat for as little as £100.
