This brand new luxurious 3-bedroom semi detached villa with private swimming pool, off street parking and fully air conditioned and includes mosquito nets, has been designed to offer affordable luxury. Situated in a green belt area and peaceful setting in Konacik, Bodrum with easy access to all local amenities. The comfortable, spacious open plan living, dining and designer kitchen area contains all mod cons including TV, DVD player, satellite decoder and board games. All white goods are Siemens including electric cooker with oven and hood, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. There is a microwave, toaster and kettle. Situated on the ground floor is a cloakroom (WC), laundry room with Siemens washing machine, clothes maiden, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and children’s high chair.
