Its a two storey detached villa with three bedrooms. Upstairs are twin master bedroom, a single bedroom with balcony, one bunk bedroom and bathroom. Cot provided. The living area consist of open plan salon and kitchen area with shower room and toilet. Fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, DVD player, washing machine facilities and hot water supplied through boiler. Bed linen, towels, cutlerly & glassware supplied. Walk directly from salon onto furnished pergola covered terrace. Lawned areas around the house. The resort hosts a communal & childrens swimming pool, tennis & basketball courts, childrens playground and extensive grassed areas on site. Very suitable for a holiday with your family or special friends. Level access and walking areas throughout. should you have a car you can drive up to the villa & park beside it. Walk 300 metres onto Silver Beach. Out on the beach all the usual seaside activities. Large Aqua Park nearby. Bars, restaurant and food shops nearby. Do your weekly grocery shop at Tesco in the KIPA complex.
Silver Beach is in the central park of the beach complex extending due south of Kusadasi Marina port. About 6 miles from lively multicultural Kusadasi town centre. The regularly passing Dolmus bus service for 1 euro per trip will get you there and back until midnight summertime. Taxis are cheap. Great shopping, markets, bars & restaurants await you. Take a day trip across the Bay to Samos Island and dont miss visiting the world famous EPHESUS historical site. Also Davutlar village mineral spa 3 miles away.
