The Kalkantepe boutique hotel consists of eight self contained villas located above Kalkan and all enjoy fantastic panoramic views across the entire bay. Tepe means hill in Turkish and although the eight villas are located on the hillside above the town, they are well equipped with their own private swimming pools and residents also enjoy the facilities of the large communal swimming pool which is 12 by 7 metres and next to the terrace restaurant.
Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, washing machine and dishwasher and with satellite television CD and DVD players. Prices include air conditioning and breakfast, which is served by the pool.
For those wishing complete relaxation, meals are available in the terrace restaurant during the day and evenings and even extend to candlelit dinners in the privacy of your own villa. Laundry services can also be arranged.
Pricing includes B&B for two persons per week and the seven 2-bedroomed villas can accommodate a maximum of four persons. Villa 6 is a one bed roomed villa for two.
Discounts are also available for early bookers and return guests and transport is provided for high season rentals both from and to Dalaman Airport.
