Our idyllic resort and residential development in the north of Koh Samui is located in a tropical park, on beaches with picturesque views of the neighboring island Phangan. Our properties consist of spacious, individually furnished, wooden, Thai style villas with big terraces. Set in quiet surroundings and lush tropical gardens Coconut Samui is a place where families or large parties of friends are free and safe to wander about, eat when they like and generally do what they like without the constraints imposed upon them as in a hotel. Unlike other private residences, Coconut Samui offers the privacy of having only 6 Thai Style villas, right on the beach, in a quiet location, with a view to Koh Pha Ngan, the National Marine Park and the stunning sunsets. The owners have also decided to limit the maximum number of Guests in the same time to enhance that feeling of rest and quietness. All the villas are finely furnished and decorated by their owners, all with air con units, parquet flooring, a large lounge, large outside terrace and a fully equipped Western kitchen. This villa has 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom and is 100 sq m in size. Alternatively, we can arrange for someone to come in and do the cooking for you, or the daily house keeping ,leaving you more free time to lounge on the beach, swim in the sea or the large swimming pool within the project. The swimming pool also hosts a toddler area, ideal for families with young children. For those who like it hot, there is a sauna available in Coconut Grove just a short distance away. There is access to a fully equipped gym at the nearby sister Santi Thani Development. |
