Las Ramblas Golf is 2 mins away and Villamartin Golf is just 5 mins away. There are plenty of other courses a little further afield. A 10 minute drive will take you to several of the Costa Blanca's famous sandy beaches where all sorts of water sports are available ie sailing, diving, paragliding, skiing etc, or for the more leisurely minded, simple relaxation and sunbathing. Don't want to go to the beach? There are Two super communal pools close to the apartment.
There is plenty to visit nearby, the bustling town of Torrevieja, Elche with its world famous botanical gardens, and the historical towns of Murcia and Cartagena to name but a few. There are plenty of local markets where you can pick up a bargain or sample the fresh local produce. There is also horse riding close by, cycling and lots of enjoyable walks.
