It has a large flat fully enclosed garden which is mainly laid to tiled terrace with a 8M x 4M pool the remaining garden is gravelled and planted and this provides a pleasant area suitable for children and elderly people alike.

Situated on the Costa Calida as yet the undiscovered Spain, unspoilt by commercialism but popular with Spaniards who holiday here during the summer months
The coastline stretches from Aguilas to San Pedro del Pinatar and is fringed by two seas – the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean. There are a vast array of deserted coves, beautiful white sandy beaches, a couple of naturist beaches, impressive cliffs and crystal clear waters.

Close by you will find the Sierra Espuna national park with its trails, picnic areas and stunning scenery – a place where birds of prey can be observed and where wild boar still roam. A great place for the active mounting biker and walker alike.
There is a visitors centre within the park where they are always ready to answer any of your questions, along with a couple of highly recommended restaurants
