This beautiful apartment which sleeps up to 5/6 people, has 2 good sized bedrooms with 1 double bed and two single beds, with built in wardrobes and bedside tables. The living room has a bedsettee, table and chairs for dining, Satellate TV and DVD player with selection of DVD's. There is a bathroom with shower/bath etc. The kitchen has fridge/freezer and washing machine, and a gas hob, with full utensils. There is a balcony overlooking the garden/pool with another bed settee and sun canopy. There are 3 fans for cool air and 3 heaters for winter periods. The apartment is fully equiped with linen and towels except beach towels. There is a large private sun solarium on roof with barbque and sun loungers and views of the sea, mountains and the town and sun all day round, this is a good place to eat at night and relax. The beautiful communal gardens and pool are a good place to relax, sun bathe and meet friends, at night the gardens are completely lit until dawn the whole year round. The pool is available from Easter til end of September.

The apartment is within easy reach to all blue flag beaches, 5 mins to a excellent selection of bars and restaurants and large supermarket catering for all essentials, 15 mins drive to 3 golf courses, a 25 minutes walk along the promenade to the town centre, where there is a full range of shopping, children\'s amusements, beach stalls selling all types of goods, the largest local Friday market. All types of restaurants to suit all tastes and prices. The apartment is within easy reach of the famous salt lakes,water park and many places of interest too numerous to mention for all the family and age groups.
