Las Campanas is a beautiful villa,refurbished in 2005, with new private, pool . Situated on El Pinar, a small development of detached villas in a quiet setting within walking distance of sandy beaches, restaurants and shops. The villa is fitted and finished to the highest standards. There are 3 bedrooms - 1 double (en-suite with shower) and 2 twin. There is a sofabed in the lounge, so the villa can sleep up to eight people. A cot is provided. The property features a large well-furnished lounge with satellite TV, CD and DVD player. There is a dining room with ample seating . The kitchen is separate and is newly refitted featuring, fan oven with gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer etc. The property also offers a separate bathroom with full size bath and shower over.There is a covered terrace, open sun terraces with sun loungers around the pool area. There is a built-in barbecue with additional al fresco dining area. Gated off-road parking for one car. Communal swimming pool is 30 yards away (used only by the El Pinar). Weekly change of linen. The villa is tho cleaned before your holiday. An English speaking company looks after the villa and guests during stays. Moraira is an old fishing village, which has not been spoilt by development and has everything for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday. There are many good golf clubs, tennis clubs and a go-kart track. There is also a marina where boats can be hired. There are many restaurants, quality shops, bars and a few clubs. There is a large Friday market in the town with fruit produce and local arts and craft. There is a craft market summer evenings in the town centre.
