Externally there is a terrace with a large pool (8x4m) set in private gardens featuring a BBQ, outside dining area with garden furniture, and a garage. The third bedroom is a twin turret bedroom. The property benefits from the exclusivity given by the security gates at the entrance to the development complex and is flanked by other villas. Mijas is 5 mins by car, Fuengirola and the beach are 10 mins by car and Marbella 20 mins. The nearest international airport is Malaga (10 miles).
