| This exclusive villa is exceptionally well located for every holiday requirement and has superb views from the large pool terrace over the Mediterranean to the mountains of North Africa. Located on a hillside at the end of a cul-de-sac within the prestigious urbanisation of Riviera del Sol, the villa is within walking distance of many amenities including the beach, shops, golf course, tennis club, and restaurants. The villa is all on one level, and leads directly out through the courtyard onto the pool terrace. It has a master double bedroom (with sea views) and bathroom en-suite, two twin bedrooms, a separate shower room with toilet and hand basin, a kitchen with microwave, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a large living room with sea views. The master bedroom and bedroom 2 have both air conditioning and ceiling fans. The lounge and bedroom 3 have ceiling fans. For safety reasons, there are discreet gates which can be used to close off the pool terrace enabling children to play in the gardens without being able to access the pool area if an adult is not available to supervise them. The villa has a cot for infants, satellite TV, DVD and video, CD and radio cassette player. All linen and towels are provided and are changed once a week. The garden and pool are professionally maintained once a week. On the lower level grounds of the property there is a studio apartment, with its own private garden and separate entrance, which is sometimes occupied by a friend or member of the owner’s family. Although there is shared access through the main gate, the two accommodations are entirely separate from one another with steps leading down from the front entrance to the lower level beneath the main house. This studio apartment, which sleeps two, may be available for rent at an extra cost by special arrangement, but only to members of the same party renting the main villa. |
