Between Jalon and Orba in an orange and lemon growing valley this new villa enjoys lovely views and a semi rural location and yet only minutes from local towns and excellent value restaurants. The property has a lounge, dining area, bathroom and kitchen area which is fully equipped. (washing machine, large fridge, oven, hob, microwave oven).
Outside there is a covered terrace area and two patios in a landscaped garden which borders an olive and almond grove. There is a lovely view from the terrace and bedroom over mountains and the sunsets can be spectacular.
The location offers easy access to local towns but is also only 10 minutes from the A7 coastal road which is around one hour from Alicante and Valencia airports. Wonderful mountain walks and a wide range of different beaches are only 20 -30 minutes away.
For those who enjoy the culinary delights which this area has to offer will be delighted with the large number of excellent restaurants which give good value and friendly service. (A three course *Menu del Dia* including house wine will cost 5 to 15 euros). |
