The duplex has one double bedroom and two twin rooms with the option of the sofa bed in the lounge.The kitchen is fully equipped including fridge/freezer, oven, hob and washing machine. (There is a portable electric grill that can be used for barbecuing on the terrace).There is a balcony off the living area, ideal for meals in the heat of the day and also a large roof terrace/solarium.The property is built round a beautiful communal pool.
There are gates all around the edge of the complex. The local beach is a ten minute flat walk. The beach covers a long distance so you may wish to drive to sample other areas and different restaurants. There are children’s play areas all along the front and a play park just outside the complex. The banks, supermarket and shops are all less than a five minute walk. There are three restaurants very close by and numerous others between five and twenty minute walks away.
All towels and bed linen are provided but please provide your own swimming towels. The property is cleaned prior to your arrival and on your departure. As well as the basic contents the property also provides hairdryer, CD radio cassette player (bring your own tapes and CDs), iron and ironing board, mosquito burners (tablets not provided), buckets and spades, balls etc and a selection of books and games.
