This newly decorated fully air conditioned detached Villa is set in lovely grounds surrounded by palm trees and overlooking a beautiful shared swimming pool with own private access.

Located at Playa Flamenca, the local blue flag beach is only a 10 minute walk or 5 minutes drive away. Local bars & restaurants are only a few minutes walk with a great selection to choose from. There are 2 large supermarkets within a short walk away and a larger one within a 2 minutes drive with additional shops.
There are also 3 excellent local golf courses all within a 10 minute drive at Villa Martin, Las Ramblas and Campoamar with very good facilities.
The colourful town of Torrevieja is only 10 minutes by car and has a good shopping area, a weekly market, many good restaurants a large marina and regular craft fairs along the promenade. |
