Lakeview Mansions is a complex of 100 Spanish designed villas completed in 2003 built on the side of a small mountain with great views of the country side, mountain ranges, lake and the sea and is, therefore, ideal for those guests that prefer a quiet relaxing location yet within a resonable distance of local amenities. The nearest town is San Miguel de Salinas which is a 5 minute drive away. This area can also be reached via Alicante airport which is a 45 minute drive.
The villa is finished and equipped to a very high standard. All floor surfaces are finished in quality ceramic tiles and all bathrooms and the kitchen are fully tiled. The property is constructed on 3 floors and can be accessed from the 1st and ground floors. The front main entrance is on the 1st floor incorporating a semi-circular terrace with roman pillars. The ground floor is accessed by either the internal covered staircase or rear door. Both external doors and all windows are protected with security grills and the villa is alarmed. The windows are double glazed complete ith roller shutters.
The kitchen and a large lounge/dining room are situated on the 1st floor an there is a separate lounge on the ground floor. Both lounges have a TV. On the 1st floor is a large double bedroom with en-suite including a bath & shower and 2 twin rooms that share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the ground floor there are 2 further large double bedrooms with en-suite including walk-in showers. There is a roof Solarium complete with a barbeque area. The villa is complemented with a 8x4 M pool, large patio area with a shower.
A car is essential and the location may not be suitable for guests with walking difficulties. |
