This superb villa was finished in 2001 to a high standard, including air conditioning to all bedrooms and lounge. Heating is provided by thermostatic controlled warm air in winter.

The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday. Located in a residential area of Moraira within walking distance of the town which has a good selection of restaurants and shops.

Local beaches are in Moraira and the sandy bay of El Portet is a short 1.5 kms drive.


Linen and towels are provided. A weekly change is available at your request, pool towels are not included.

The nearest airport is Alicante. Travelling time to the villa is 60 minutes approximately using the A7 motorway.

High chairs, Cots or additional childs bed can be arranged at additional cost.
