Casa Madeira d’Alegria is a charming and traditional old Portuguese cottage situated in a small, quiet street in the old village of Budens.
Casa Madeira offers really flexible accommodation that will suit couples, families or friends.
There are two fully appointed modern luxury bathroomsare provided and changed by the maids twice a week.
The kitchen has a modern cooking range with oven. The worktops in the fully fitted kitchen are marble with stainless steel sink. The modern equipment includes microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, fridge and ample sets of china cutlery and glassware.
Outside, the large tiled and walled 120 metre sun terrace with private pool captures the sun all day round. There are wooden ‘steamer’ deck loungers and a barbecue and garden table/ chairs for ‘alfresco dining’.
The terrace has an abundance of colourful plants, lavender, bougainvillea and trees (orange, almond and avocado) which provide shade on those hottest days. The terrace and pool is wonderfully secluded, and with its walled garden can be ‘locked off’ safely from the house.
Ideally sitauted for Beaches, Golf, Towns, Restaurants, Bars and wonderful open coutryside.
