Villa Rocce is an enchanting stone house with a marvellous swimming pool from where you feel to plung in nature and history. From the villa there is a fantastic view .The house inside has a very spacious full equipped kitchen, with a huge stone fireplace. The salon is very large but cozy with an elegant sail volts ceiling. The dining and the living are in the salon. Next to the salon there is the study with internet connection. In front of the kitchen there is the laundry .
The 4 large bedrooms are upstairs and all the bedrooms have marble bathroom ensuite , and a sofa corner . Outside there is a gazebo with summer table and gas barbecue , and in the annex in front of the house, there is a tennis table for funny competions with friends.
The garden has hundered red roses , by the pool two old oaks are the summer umbrellas to rest in the long chairs . |
