There are gardens, a new large pool (14 x 6 meters) and 30 hectares of wild flower fields and plantations of walnut and cherry trees to wander in.
The houses are 18th and 19th century and have been renovated to a high standard and have been furnished with good quality and comfortable furniture. All the bathrooms and the kitchen are new and well appointed. The houses are surrounded by terraces and both have large outside teak dining tables. There are sunloungers and umbrellas by the pool where you can soak up the sun (if you are not distracted by the views!).
Sarnano which is 10 minutes drive away has all the shops you could need, restaurants and a spa with many beauty treatments.
There is almost too much to do in the surrounding area. The Sibilline National Park is renowned for walking (and skiiing in winter) and its wild animals and flowers. There is riding, quad biking and paragliding close by. There are many places to visit from the hilltop towns to roman ruins to the opera festival at Macerata. |
