Villa Conchetta, built in quaint Lazium-Tuscan style, is divided into two amazing mirror houses one of which is available for rent, La Villa (sleeps 6+2), and an independent house *La Cascina* (sleeps 2+1). Both houses surround an interior courtyard with a wading pool, fontana, vegetable and herb garden.
La Villa is on two floors, having a kitchen, dining room, living room, study-library, master bedroom with bathroom and loft which can be used as an additional bedroom and/or study. Another double bedroom with bathroom leads to an independent garden patio and amphitheater. Throughout the villa the floor is made of handmade terracotta tiles in a herring bone design
La Cascina is a 70 square meters (700square feet) house situated across the Villas' courtyard. The house consists of a living room with fireplace, a dining area, a kitchen and a half-service bathroom with washing machine. An additional large bedroom with large bay window and wooden floors, overlooks the living room and has a double bed (also available as 2 twin beds) and en-suite bathroom with shower. The house has chestnut beam ceiling and terracotta floor and has a northern and southern facing patio with garden furniture and barbecue.
