Luxury villa, large pool. Spa. Stunning views of White Mountains from the living bedrooms and pool area. 6Km to sandy shelving beach
The ground floor has two twin bedrooms with verandah and/or balcony and bathroom. First floor is the main bedroom with doors to balcony plus window overlooking olive groves, open plan kitchen and lounge with doors to 2 balconies to enjoy the beautiful panoramic views of the White Mountains. Ideal for 'getting away from it all' but close to local village for shops,tavernas and bakery.
The villa is one of two villas set on a large plot surrounded by olive groves.
The gardens,pool and paths are all on one level. The other villa is owner occupied by us and therefore we are available for extra help or ideas if required. We give EXCLUSIVE use of the pool to our guests during their stay. The pool is 4.5 metres by 10 metres with a shallow end and wide easy access Roman steps so it is ideal for all the family.
We clean the pool and provide maid service on Tuesdays and towel change on Fridays. Linen is changed on Tuesdays. Pool towels provided.
Our previous guests have been very pleased with the tranquility and beauty when chilling out.
There is jacuzzi available subject to conditions of use.
Activities - Clay pigeon shooting at Askifoo, Horse riding at Georgiopolis.
The villa is set in ancient olive groves - easily reached by foot in 8 minutes is Gavalochori a lovely traditional Greek village which offers a bakery, patisserie, tavernas and traditional kafenions.
Only 2 cars a day may drive past the villas on a busy day!!
We have no close neighbours and as the villas are set on higher ground there is a 360 degree view of the fabulous cretan countryside.
There is a large covered car port to keep your car cool. The garden is fully fenced with a cretan stone wall and sliding gates at the front, palm trees have been planted in 2006.
