Via the inner courtyard there is yet another separate bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, desk and private bath/WC. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning, which is included in the price.The house has every modern amenity such as telephone, fax, TV with video, a radio and heating. Villa Fokas is cleaned every day. In the old village of Maroulas there are 3 tavernas and 2 typical Greek Kafenions. The beautiful sandy beach is 3 km away
