Brand new luxury house in three levels with 6 bedrooms. Its located in the southern part of Athens (upper side of Glyfada), 10 minutes away from a blue flag beach.
In the first level of the house (80 sq. m.) there is a brand new kitchen with all the electrical appliances and facilities, a dinning room, a big living room and a W.C. with a shower facility. The floor is covered with reddish African wood (Doussier or Apfzelia). From the balcony of that level there is access to the garden and BBQ.
The interior wooden stairs leads to the upper floor. There is a gallery on the right hand side with a lot of glass windows. In this level (80 sq. m.) there are three bedrooms, all with balconies (two of them with sea view), and one big bathroom with a Jacuzzi facility.
In the third level of the house (60 sq. m.) there are three separate rooms, a bathroom with a shower facility and a balcony with view to the sea and the mountain on the other side.
The whole house is available for two months (July, August). The maximum capacity is 9 persons, (2 beds in each of the rooms of the first floor and one bed in each of the second floor). The house is brand new (completed in 2004), as well as all the furniture and equipment.
