LA MAISON DU CHATEAU
This idyllic 18th Century Manor House is set in its own 24-acre park bordered by the wooded banks of the river Armancon. It is the perfect place for a holiday in France with family and friends. The house is maintained to a high standard with a lovely warm welcoming atmosphere. It sleeps 6-16+ in 9 elegant bedrooms, six of which are en-suite.
It has a heated swimming pool, grass tennis court, walled garden, avenue, barbecue, table tennis, private fishing and a rowing boat on the river which runs through the park. You can even row to your own small island.
We have a wonderful cook(optional) and helpful maids/babysitters who live in the adjoining village.
For two weeks in both the Spring and Autumn we run Painting Holidays and in November we usually run a Wine Week. We have excellent tutors and a really good house party atmosphere.
THE GATE HOUSE
There is also a charming Gate House with separate accommodation for 2 to 4+ people. When the Gate House is rented on its own it does not have access to the park or pool but it does have its own private access to the river with its own boat.
