The 3 bedroom villa with pool is located in Pernera, on a small quiet development near the beach of Agia Triada, approx 5 km from the centre of the busy seaside town of Protaras.
Accommodation
This unusually designed, spacious villa, situated in a quiet exclusive development, is ideal for family holidays. It has fantastic sea views, full air-conditioning and is a short 400m walk from the nearest beach, supermarket and cafe.
The villa will sleep up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room together with a private balcony. There is an additional double bedroom and one twin with 2 further pull out beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and are air conditioned. There is also a family bathroom with shower. The open plan living space on the ground floor comprises of a lounge, with satellite TV, DVD (with movies), sofas, air conditioning and patio doors to the swimming pool and patio area. This leads to the dining area and through to the fully fitted kitchen. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, iron, ironing board, crockery, cutlery and oven cook wear. There is also a WC on the ground floor.
Outside the villa is a patio area, furniture, private swimming pool and shower. A built in barbecue is provided to enjoy alfresco dining. Gated drive-way to provide secure off street parking.
