A large well furnished 3 bed villa with private pool in Ayia Thekla near Ayia Napa. Close to the beach. Sleeps 8. Ideal family villa. Quiet location but only a few minutes drive to all the local amenities.
Downstairs - Lounge area with seating for 6, TV, DVD and CD player. Dining table and 6 chairs. Well equipped kitchen including electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is also a shower room with w.c. This area has air conditioning units and ceiling fans.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and en-suite facilities. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, and bedroom 3 has bunk beds as well as a single bed with additional pull out bed beneath. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and air conditioning (included). There is also a family bathroom upstairs. A safe is provided and a travel cot and stair gates are available if required.
Private pool (8m x 4m), large terrace and garden complete with patio furniture, sun loungers and BBQ area. The garden has railings with gates to the pool as a safety measure. Linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Off road parking for up to 3 vehicles.
The property is located in Ayia Thekla, a two minute drive to Waterworld at Ayia Napa and the secluded Ayia Thekla beach. The busy resort of Ayia Napa and the beautiful Nissi Beach are about 6km away. In Ayia Napa you will find the old harbour area with its fish tavernas, an abundance of shops, the picturesque monastery, and of course a buzzing nightlife. The quieter resort of Protaras with the stunning Fig Tree bay is 10km away. The traditional Cypriot town of Paralimni is also about 10 km. and has interesting shops, tavernas and a pretty town square where you can sit in one of the cafes and watch the world go by.
