A comfortable one bedroom first floor apartment, with communal swimming pool. Sleeps 4.
Unusually furnished apartment with twin beds and 2 sofa beds in the lounge, suitable for children. Well equipped kitchen including 2 ring electric hob, microwave, grill appliance, deep fat fryer, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, washing machine, utensils and cutlery. The lounge has two three-seater sofa beds, a colour TV, stereo system, and a ceiling fan. Table and four dining room chairs. Patio doors open onto a balcony with patio furniture, and sun bed. From here you have a view of the pretty gardens and swimming pool to the side. The bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an air conditioning unit and ceiling fan as well as a free standing fan. Bathroom with bath, shower, w.c. and washbasin. Iron and ironing board. Linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. This apartment is just couple of minutes walk to several bars and restaurants as well as a bakery. There is large supermarket within a couple of minutes drive. The nearest beach is about 10-15 minutes walk away at Ayia Triada. The resort of Kapparis is a just few minutes drive and here you will find beaches, restaurants, bars and mini-markets. A few minutes down the coast you will come to the busy resorts of Pernera and Protaras, which have some stunning bays and beaches. Ayia Napa is about 15 minutes drive away. Here you will see the old harbour area with it’s fish tavernas, an abundance of shops, the picturesque monastery, and of course plenty of nightlife if this is what you are looking for. Five minutes drive from the apartment is the town of Paralimni with it’s interesting shops and pretty town square where you can sit in one of the cafes and watch the world go by.
