The ground floor is open plan and the lounge has an open fireplace, a large leather settee/sofa bed, and one armchair, satellite TV, DVD player, Playstation 2 and stereo system. The dining area has a dining table with four chairs. Two sets of patio doors open onto the pool area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped including fridge freezer, cooker and washing machine. There is a downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and patio doors to a balcony overlooking the pool. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. This room also has fitted wardrobes. Sleeps 6 with sofabed.
Outside there is an oval shaped 7m x 3m heated pool and a gas BBQ. The patio furniture consists of 4 sun loungers, a table and 6 chairs. Air-conditioning is included in the price and there is private parking. No smoking allowed in this property and it is only suitable for families.
Kapparis has several excellent restaurants, bars and tavernas as well as mini-markets, all within walking distance of the villa. Bicycle hire is also available. The sandy beach can be reached through a pathway at the end of the cul-de-sac and is only 5 minutes walk away. In the nearby town of Paralimni you will find 2 large supermarkets, as well as many interesting shops and a delightful town square where you can relax in one of the cafes and watch the world go by. A 5 minute drive from Kapparis will take you to Pernera which has several restaurants and bars and lovely sandy beaches. Protaras is a few minutes away and here are some of the best beaches on the island. A 15 minute drive will take you to Ayia Napa with it’s lovely old harbour area, shops, monastery, fun fair, Waterworld and busy nightlife. |
