The property will sleep 8 people it has 4 bedrooms (3 up/ 1 down), one double, one twin and two single rooms. The single rooms have an extra folding bed each. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is a family bathroom and an ensuite to the main (double) room upstairs.
Downstairs there is a spacious dining area leading to a fully fitted kitchen. The living room and the dining area both open on to a spacious patio over looking the landscaped garden with lawn and fruit trees, there is also a downstairs bathroom with shower. The villa has air-conditioning in all the rooms. The villa is located on a no-through road and has good privacy.
Ayia Napa town centre is within approximately 3 minutes drive and Protaras town centre within 10 minutes drive. The famous Ayia Napa bars, restaurants, shops, mini-markets are easily accessible and the popular Nissi beach is 8 minutes away. The villa is located in a serene and residential environment most suitable for families. It is completely free from heavy traffic and noisy nightclubs; although these entertainment spots are close enough for a night out.
