A unique 3 bed villa in a secluded position with sea views of the coastal area of Protaras. It is tastefully furnished to a very high standard and is fully air-conditioned. Sleeps 8. Close to Protaras and the beaches at Fig Tree Bay and Konnos Bay, as well as being near to tavernas, shops and supermarkets. The villa sleeps 8 people. There is one double bedroom on the ground floor with en-suite. On the first floor there is one double and one twin bedroom. There is also an open plan landing area which can be used as a bedroom with two single beds – only suitable for children since it is a small area and has a low sloping ceiling. Family bathroom. On the ground floor is an open plan lounge with satellite TV,DVD, stereo system. There is a well-equipped fitted kitchen. Shower room. Dining area.
The swimming pool is 10m x 5m with sun beds, patio furniture, hammock. There is a waterfall rock area located at the end of the pool. Outside pool table and table tennis table. Air-conditioning included. Cot hire available at a small supplement. 4 WD vehicle recommended - please ask us for competitive car hire rates.
A 5 minute drive to the beaches of Protaras including the spectacular Fig Tree Bay. The beautiful Konnos Bay is a just a 10 minute drive. Ayia Napa with it’s harbour area, shops and lively nightlife as well as Waterworld are only 15 minutes away. The town of Paralimni is 15 minutes drive and has 2 large supermarkets as well as many shops and an interesting town centre.
