There is also a single and double sofa bed available for 2/3 extra guests. All four bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units.
Comfortable lounge area with leather suite, log burner, equipped with satellite TV, and DVD player. Overlooks the pool. Dining area with table and chairs to seats 8. Patio doors lead to the outside areas.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine (on the landing), and fridge/freezer.
Games room with full size pool table. There is also a table tennis table and a selection of childrens toys.
Separate shower room as well as a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.
Off road parking for two vehicles. Car essential, 4 WD vehicle recommended.
Location
A 5 minute drive will take you to the sandy beaches of Protaras including the spectacular Fig Tree Bay. The beautiful Konnos Bay is just a 10 minute drive. Ayia Napa with it’s harbour area, shops and lively nightlife as well as Waterworld are only 15 minutes away. The traditional Cypriot town of Paralimni is 15 minutes drive and has 3 large supermarkets as well as many other shops, cafes, and tavernas.
