Large holiday villa in Protaras with pool in a peaceful location in the countryside. 5 minutes to the busy resort of Protaras with its beautiful sandy beaches, restaurants and bars. 5 minutes drive to large supermarket. This villa will sleep 9/10 people and has 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds, one with large single bed and one with two double beds (loft). All have fitted wardrobes and air conditioing units.
On the ground floor there is a comfortable lounge with TV, video and open fireplace. There a large, modern fitted kitchen with oven/hob, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle etc. Dining table with seating for six. There are 2 bathrooms. One with bath, shower, w.c., washbasin and one with shower, w.c., washbasin. There is a separate toilet with w.c. and washbasin. Private swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols. Two outside showers. Verandas with tables and chairs plus built-in barbecue. Car hire essential.
The Villa is in a secluded location yet only a few minutes drive from the beach and the resorts of Protaras and Pernera. Protaras is a busy resort with many restaurants, bars and small supermarkets. There is a waterpark, mini golf, and plenty of other attractions. Ayia Napa is a 15 minute drive with a lovely harbour area, shops, monastery, funfair as well as a buzzing nightlife. The town of Paralimni is a 5 minute drive and has 2 large supermarkets, unusual shops and cafes.
