In the Ayia Triada area of Protaras. 400m to the nearest beach, within walking distance of a restaurant and bar.
Villa Aris is tucked away in a quiet cul de sac and is the ideal place for a peaceful holiday with family or friends. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and will sleep up to 7 people.
The ground floor is open plan with a well equipped kitchen including cooker, washing machine and dishwasher. The dining table will seat 6 people and the lounge is furnished with a 3 piece suite, TV, DVD and CD player. This area has ceiling fans. Patio doors lead to the pool area. Also on the ground floor is a shower room with w.c.
On the first floor the 3 bedrooms are all well furnished with fitted wardrobes. Bedroom one has a double bed and doors to a balcony overlooking the pool. There is a further double bedroom and one twin bedroom. The family bathroom is fitted with bath and shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning (optional) and floor standing fans. The sofa in the lounge converts to a bed for a 7th person, alternatively we can provide a fold-up bed and/or a cot for a small supplement.
Outside there is a 7m x 3.5m pool, with plenty of room for sunbathing on the surrounding terrace. Sunbeds, parasols and patio furniture are provided. There is a separate BBQ area and poolside shower. Off road parking.
No single sex parties permitted – family bookings only. No mopeds allowed in the area. Air conditioning is optional and is charged at CY£2.50 per unit/per day.
