Located in an old Olive Grove, on the outskirts of the popular village of Catalkoy, the Villa is only 10 minutes drive to the main regional town of Kyrenia with it's stunning harbour and castle, 5 minutes drive to a variety of clean, sandy beaches, some with facilities, some deserted. We are also only a couple of minutes walk from the nearest retaurant/bar or 2 minutes drive into the village with a variety of shops, bars and restaurants.
The area is blessed with fantastic scenery, friendly people, great quality food and beaches and a climate that makes it suitable for both Summer and Winter holidays.
